I love having parties. Mostly when the weathe cooperates. This is in 2003 & we all met at the COMPOUND. That's when we still had a shade tree. Do you realize I don't have a picture of the tree down. Unless I overlooked it. If anyone has a photo with the tree laying on my front yuard, PLEASE let me copy it. Here is one of those sunny days.
And of course OMA & OPA.
Of course we had games & lots to eat. Of course there was basketball.
Then there was Celebration Park.
Of course the music. Some danced to it.
Remember the Torch lite Parade? For those who went we had fun inspite of the crowds when we would leave. There was going to Westfair to get food & we would eat at our seats. The runners that came & gave the little girls high fives.
We had fun just visiting.
